Scents That Help You Stay Awake and Feel Energized

Just like the way Lavender helps to drift off to sleep, there are few aromas sniffing on to which helps you to wake up and feel energized. Try looking out for shampoos, lotions, body washes that contain the particular scent and taking a faint smell of it early in the morning.can help you get prepared for a day filled with energy and excitement.

1. Citrus:

 the fruits that contain citrus like grapefruit, lemons and oranges are not just delicious to munch on but helps your body to boost up and stay energized.Smelling these fruits helps your body in producing more amounts of serotonin which makes you elated as serotonin is a hormone that helps you feel happy. It also helps in reducing stress as it reduces the levels norepinephrine, a hormone that is responsible for feeling stressed Studies show that smelling lemon can increase mental stimulation.if you start felling sleepy in the mid-day during work hours, take a bite of the grapefruit which perks you up and get you focused on your work.

smelling this herb will get your brain excited and helps you work giving you mental and physical energy. Sniffing through this herb helps you in performing your tasks that require sustained attention. So, why not just grab the scent and keep sniffing it through out the day when at work!

5. Coffee:
