As reported by the hospital, Smriti's father is now completely stable, and his heart issue no longer represents a danger. The doctors also conducted an angiography on him and found no blockages. Since Srinivas was hospitalized, various updates from both families have confirmed that the wedding has been postponed for an unknown period. There has been no updated information regarding the other related celebrations. “This morning, while Smriti's father was having his breakfast, his health worsened. We waited a bit, thinking he would improve. But when his condition got worse, we called an ambulance and took him to the hospital, where he is being monitored. Smriti is very attached to her father. She has decided to delay the marriage until he gets better. The doctor stated that he needs to stay in the hospital until he is well. Smriti is determined to wait for her father to recover before proceeding with the wedding,” said Smriti's manager Tuhin Mishra after Srinivas's hospitalization.
