If you just got bored with regular taste of tea, then here is a new way to prepare your ‘chai’ in this summer. Refresh your summer with a new flavor of tea.

Ingredients:

Tea bag-1

Crushed ice- 2/3 cup

Sweetener of your choice

Coconut milk-2/3 cup

Whipped coconut cream-1/2 cup

Toasted coconut- 1/4 -1/2 cup

Method:

Boil around 1 cup of water and dip the tea bag into it.

Allow it cool and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours.

Put ice, chilled tea (removed from refrigerator), coconut milk, sweetener, whipped cream and toasted coconut in a blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Pour it into a glass and top it with whipped cream and some toasted coconut.
