According to a report from Page Six, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have recently moved out of their dream home in Los Angeles due to severe damage that has made it nearly uninhabitable. The property suffered from extensive water damage which resulted in a mold infestation. As a result, the couple is currently involved in a legal dispute with the sellers of the house. The damages to the property have made it unsafe to live in from a health standpoint.

The couple purchased the luxury property in 2019 for $20 million. The house boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a chef's kitchen, a home theatre, a bowling alley, a spa and steam shower, a gym, and a billiards room. However, according to the lawsuit filed in May 2023, the pool and spa began experiencing issues shortly after the purchase. The premises had waterproofing problems that led to the growth of mold and other related problems. Additionally, there was a water leak in the barbecue area on the deck around the same time.

Chopra and Jonas are now seeking compensation for the consequential damages caused by the property's condition. According to a report, the defendants' actions have caused significant damage to the property, resulting in repair costs estimated to be over $1.5 million, potentially reaching $2.5 million. In the meantime, Priyanka, Nick, and their daughter Malti Marie have relocated to another residence until their home is restored. Although they frequently travel for work, their home base is in Los Angeles.

Recently, Nick visited India with his band, the Jonas Brothers, for their inaugural performance in the country. During their appearance at Lollapalooza India, the audience warmly welcomed Nick by chanting "Jiju" as he took the stage. Additionally, Nick collaborated with King on their song "Maan Meri Jaan." On the other hand, Priyanka has not appeared in any Hindi films since her 2019 release, The Sky Is Pink. While she was announced as one of the stars in Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa, alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, the project has yet to commence. In Hollywood, Priyanka's upcoming film is Heads of State, featuring Idris Elba and John Cena.
