3 months old Cali Marie Cochran, who was believed to be abducted by her parents was found safe on Wednesday night.

According to police, Cali and her parents Rex Douglas Cochran Jr. and Heather Marie Cochran were found in the basement of a residence at 445 Coffee Lane in Fletcher, North Carolina.

Both the parents were arrested on Warrants just before 5.30 p.m. officials said that these couple were wanted in North Dakota on charges of child abuse; they fled to Haywood County after an emergency custody order was issued.

After their arrest Cali was evacuated by medical personnel on Wednesday night.
